Buffets

Buffets are suitable for many occasions from working lunches to a more informal wedding reception.

We have a wide variety of set menus to suit every budget and event, and if you have a particular theme or style of food, we are able to write bespoke menus to suit your requirements.

Cold buffets are the choice for hassle free entertaining, choose from a wide variety of main dishes such as: Honey roast ham, rare roast beef and home made chutneys, soy & honey marinated chicken with mango, chilli & lime dressing or Cajun salmon with an avocado & tomato salsa.

We have a selection of colourful salads such as ribbon noodle with sweet & sour dressing and penne pasta with parsley, capers & marinated artichokes. We also have a selection of green salads such as rocket, watercress & baby spinach with marinated mushrooms and parmesan.

If you would prefer to offer your guests a hot buffet maybe a Moroccan lamb Tagine with apricots and harissa served with lemon and coriander couscous, or beef bouiginonne with dauphinoise potatoes and fine beans.

For dessert, prehaps a chocolate mocha roulade, Jack Daniels Pecan pie or a traditional tarte au citron.
