Thyme Lords are able to cater for all types of dinners, from a small informal gathering at home to a lavish wedding breakfast in a marquee or a corporate event.

As with all our services, we do offer a selection of set menus, but would prefer to write a bespoke menu to suit your needs and style of event.

Whether it is simple home cooking or a sophisticated five course meal, we have suggestions to meet all tastes.

Smoked duck salad with fresh mango, red onion and chilli dressing served on a bed of baby leaves

Slow roasted Mediterranean vegetable tart on rocket & watercress salad with parmesan shavings and basil infused olive oil

Breast of corn-fed chicken on wild mushroom risotto with baby carrots and char-grilled asparagus

Roast rack of lamb, flagolet puree and balsamic dressing with buttered spinach and dauphinoise potatoes

Panna cotta with fresh raspberries served in martini glasses with raspberry and black pepper tuile

Pear and almond tart drizzled with a Poire William crème anglaise
